Didn't expect a reply so soon though. Thanks for that just to further explain. the dedicated video memory is the memory of a dedicated gpu, a graphics card, not the one built-in to your cpu.
think of it as a phone that has a built-in memory, and the dedicated memory is the memory card that you have to buy and put in separately. so if you dont have that memory card, then all you have is the built-in memory. hope that clears it up somehow
but if your laptop did not come with a dedicated gpu then chances are you wont be able to have one unless you purchase a new laptop.
