Building my first pc just looking for some advice into what power supply I should get, also just to check everything is compatible.

Storage - 240gb kingston ssd

Processor - Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz Socket 1155 6MB Cache

Motherboard - Asus P8Z77-V LX Socket 1155 VGA DVI HDMI 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard

Graphics card - Asus GTX 650 DirectCU 1GB GDDR5 VGA Dual DVI HDMI PCI-E Graphics Card

Case - corsair 300 r

Ram - corsair vengeance 1866 MHz 8gb (2x4gb)

Have not yet decided on a disk drive . But would not have thought it would make a huge difference .

Also will have a second normal hdd 5400 rpm prob 1 tb.

Let me know if you need any specifics , any help is appreciated as it's my first pc build.

More about time build power supply
  1. 500w should be good :D Just look for 80 plus certified ones :D
  2. At least 400W psu with at least one 6 pin connector for GTX 650. 600W psu is pretty future proof.
