will this fan blow my MB up if i use this fan on the 3 pin connector

i have this MB http://www.microcenter.com/product/398237/GA-78LMT-USB3_Socket_AM3_mATX_760G_AMD_Motherboard
and i ordered this fan last night http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835213010
will that fan kill my mb if i use the 4 pin fan connector on the mb for fan control

You can also connect the fan power connector (black one) to the PSU too.

well the only reason im asking is because the fan uses between 25 and 30 watts of power
and 2 or 3 amps and i dont know how much my mb will put out before blowing up

Some of MB can output up to 3 amps, sorry I should check the detail first, and I can't find the info for your MB's 4pin header. So you are better to connect the fan to the PSU by the black power connector.
