1) Will i get much out of overclocking this build down the line? 2) Will this PSU be enough when i do overclock.

if you want to do some serious Overclocking then you should invest in a better CPU cooler (not saying the 212 is bad, ive managed to get some slight overclocks with it)

Get this instead http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550s... CX series is only good for basic builders (those who don't OC).
