I have Windows 7 64bit. My motherboard is ECS H55H-M.It has 2 ram slots and supports up to 8gb. Currently i have 2x2gb. I bought recently 2 new 4gb ram sticks. My old ram is

After I installed new ram the pc would get stuck in the bios screen, i also cant access bios or press anything.
I tried installing only one but then window fails to boot. I have cleared cmos.
Why isnt it working? They have same specs. Please help.
