It was a tank racing game and action racing game. the first level was in the desert. when racing there are some rockets and more thing in your way that equips the tank, for example: when you get the rocket you can fire rockets on the other tanks that are racing with you to get in front of them. when you pass a level you will have some money and you can buy a faster tank for you.
I hope any one can help me.

I remember this game too but not it's name. You could pick up power ups on the race track, one of them is "mass" and one of them is shield, and other pickups. The car first car you play with looks like a 2 door sedan with big wheels and has a top speed of 90 if I remember right. The second that you can buy looks like something from Starwars episode 1 racer and it's red with a top speed of 110 if I can remember.
