I'm going to be adding a GTX 650 ti, but I'm not sure which brand I want at the moment. Other than that, does anyone have any suggestions or insight about my expected FPS? I am planning to overclock, and might add some case fans, or upgrade to the Hyper Evo cooler.

Personally, I was looking at either the EVGA or the Zotac. And from all of the benchmarks and reviews I saw, the Kingston read/writes/lasts better and longer.
The 650w PSU is for overclocking and as you said future-proofing. I had the 430w in the build, but it just doesn't leave much room.
