i have a dead computer. i tried replacing the PS but it is still dead.

i have another computer running W7 64bit, i would like to move the 32 bit drive W7(32 bit) Hd to the good computer and run both. i can get into the BIOS and change the drives to boot. i am looking for a temp solution until i can replace this computer.

Does anyone see a problem with this??

thanks
Craig

The windows OS contains drivers for your old system. If the hardware is too different, it may not boot or have other issues as rgd1101 has stated.

Also, drive lettering may not be the same on your new system which may cause some programs not to run properly.
