So recently when I try to shut down or restar my laptop after the shut down message it goes black screen for 2-3 minutes and then it shuts down/restarts. The laptop run fine while turned on this is the only problem, it's kind of annoying. I've tried searching for viruses but Avast dosen't find anything suspicious so I don't really know what else to do...
I have a one year old Acer Aspire V5-571G.
