Issues with Windows 8 and SSD (Drive Errors)

About once a week my computer informs me about having Hard Drive Errors after Action Center does its scans. I repair the disc and about a week later the same message comes up..

Things I have tried..
Hardware Diagnostics on SSD
Re-installed OS
Virus removal
Checked BIOS for appropriate SSD settings

Secure Erase your SSD and then reinstall your O/S.
A Secure Erase resets all of the cells on all of the NAND chips on a SSD and restores it to a blank, fresh-out-of-the-box condition.

If you are still getting drive errors after you SE the drive then you might want to look into having the drive rma'd.
