Case front fan placement?

Hello,

I have a case with only one stock fan (in the back). I just got me a BitFenix Spectre 120mm for the front.

I have two places to mount it - one on the bottom of the front panel, and one in the middle of the front panel. Should I mount it in the middle or bottom? AFAIK, hot air rises and cold air sinks, so would the best option be in the middle?

I'd put it in the bottom, coolest air will be there and that's what you want blowing into the case. Remember to check which way the air is flowing on the fan, should have an arrow, enjoy...
