I got my new parts for my Gaming PC today and I wired it correctly and double checked it but when I start it up it shuts down after 3-5 seconds and then re-starts ove and over again

PC Specs:
Motherboard: Ga-H81M-S2PV
Processor: intel i5 4570
ram: Kingston Hyper black 1x8 gb
psu: Cit Pentium p4 550u
gpu: geforce gtx 660 tf

Solution
Are you using a new hard drive, or are you trying to use an old one with a previous OS installation? You will need to do a fresh OS install on the new system.

I checked everything is in the right places and the led's turn on and fans start spinning but the cpu fan starts up a little later than the others and it sounds like it's slowing until the pc shuts down :/ . I really frustraded at the moment

I checked everything. Now it started up and it's on but screen isn't getting any signal... :(( REALLY REALLY frustrded

if using HDMI or displayport change to VGA/DVI if you can, use on board built in VGA if thats there. Make sure the monitor, if it can be VGA or DVI, is set to receive the right signal in the settings. i had one monitor that didnt auto detect and had to be set in the settings for DVI/VGA mode. also make sure that both ATX power cables are plugged into the motherboard from the Power supply unit. Theres the big 24 pin one and the smaller one with like 4-8 something like that.

Now it's starting up but when it gets to booting it freezes and a blue screen flashes and it reboot's after that :( I recorded it and it said something like this: Check your hard drive from viruses or check your connections to the motherboard etc.
