Solution
Those at the end is speed in actual MHz which is doubled as effective and advertised because of being Dual Data Rate. Yours is reported to run at 664.4 which doubled make 1328.8 which is close to the std and within margin of error for 1333MHz. Timings are as well close to the jedec of 685.

thanx for prompt reply :)
more speed ? you mean these ?
JEDEC timings table CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-tRC @ frequency
JEDEC #1 5.0-5-5-14-19 @ 380 MHz
JEDEC #2 6.0-6-6-17-23 @ 457 MHz
JEDEC #3 7.0-7-7-20-27 @ 533 MHz
JEDEC #4 8.0-8-8-22-30 @ 609 MHz
JEDEC #5 9.0-9-9-25-34 @ 685 MHz
JEDEC #6 10.0-10-10-28-38 @ 761 MHz ??

I don't know the mechanism, can you tell whether the speed difference is significant or not ?
