PC Freezes Randomly

My 5-6 month old PC Keeps randomly freezing mostly when im gaming or doing many things at the same time, it can happen after 5 min or 3 days hours.

Tested the Rams with memtest86 for 6 hours and changed mi HDD to see if those where the problem, but it keeps freezing and im forced to reset.

Since i dont get any error message i dont know what to do anymore.

PSU: Seasonic M12 II 650W
CPU: Intel i5 3570k (not overclocked)
MOBO: Asus z77 extreme4-m
Video Card: None yet since i started gaming with this build 1 month ago.
SO:Windows 7 Ultimate
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000

try clearing your cache memory and see if it makes any difference. Follow these steps below:

Clearing DNS Cache:
1. Type Command Prompt in Start Search, right-click on Command Prompt under Programs and select Run As Administrator.
2. Now, type ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter.(it will show a message that Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache)

Clearing Memory Cache:
1. First right-click anywhere on the desktop and select New > Shortcut.
2. Now enter the following line when asked for location of the shortcut and hit Next:
%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
3. Give it any name and...

I had/have this same problem.
It is either the CPU or Motherboard.
I just took some parts out and let it run for awhile, then I put the parts back in, and it's been working for a few days without any problem.

I cant get any spare parts atm.

But everything is pretty new, so i tought it had a voltage/temp problem.

Clearing Thumbnails Cache:
1. Right-click your primary disk partition (where Windows is installed) and open Properties dialog.
2. Now, click Disk Cleanup to open Disk Cleanup dialog.
3. Select the items you want to remove, along with Thumbnails to remove the thumbnail cache.
4. Click OK followed by Delete files to delete selected items and remove thumbnail cache.

Additionally, clear all browsers' cache too that are installed in your pc. For more information on clearing browsers' cache refer this link:
