GPU Decision 770 vs 7970

Okay so,
I'm a Nvidia fanboy at heart and yet theres one thing holding me back on this decision, mantle. Is mantle exclusive to AMD cards? Will i be missing out if i get a 770? Please help me out!

their performance is on par. mantle will be amd exclusive on cgn architecture.will be supported by 7xxxhd but not all features.amd 280x replaced 7970 with lower price tag.both great cards

Don't get a 7970. Get a R9 280X if you're going AMD. However, the 770 is a tad faster, but no, Nvidia cards won't have Mantle.

When they are OC'd, they are practically the same. It depends on the games. HOWEVER, I'd get the 280X, since new -gen titles take advantage of the extra 1gb ov VRAM:
