For my 4930k, which one is better? They are roughly the same price.

Additionally, Is there any noticeable difference between 1866 CL 9 vs. CL 10? I know cas latency has a huge impact on ecc memory, but not too sure about non-ecc.

Higher bandwidth is always better then timings. But unless you plan to overclock i wouldnt take the 1866 its pretty pointless in preformance the 1600 will do great. If you do plan to overclock the 1866 will help in acheiving more stable overclocks

You want the highest 1st number 1866 is better than 1600

But, you also want the lowest CL number, CL9 is better than CL10

You need BOTH thou; Ex: 1866 CL11 is Slower than 1600 CL8...........

That said except for artificial benchmarks you be hard pressed to tell the difference without a stop watch.....

Does 8GB x 4 vs. 4GB x 8 matter?

I'm planning on 1866MHz CL 9, but I can only find the 4GB x 8 at a cheap price.
