Not a good supply. Not enough wattage too.....

You need a Corsair, Antec, XFX, or Seasonic. You need about 850watts to support stable operation and have a bit of room for OC'ing that CPU....

Corsair HX850 or AX860 would be my choice....

As far as improvements to PSU go, Cool Master is a decent brand and your wattage is high enough for the components you have (and it seems to be SLI/CFX ready). I would recommend a modular, gold efficiency model though...as your PSU will most likely stay with you through several upgrades. XFX, Corsair, Rosewill, Seasonic are all good brands.
