Screen goes black for a second, disables Aero

I just got a new PC and I'm having some trouble, my screen flashes black and then disables Aero, I looked at windows troubleshooter and it says Outdated Video Drivers, the problem is I can't find the drivers for my card xD Specs: AMD 6800K, AMD Radeon 8760D, 16 GB of Ram, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, PLEASE HELP ME FIND THE DRIVER ;(

Get the latest drivers directly from www.amd.com.
