I will list my full build just more curious on why when i play Guildwars 2 i have really low fps on max settings i am hitting anywhere from 12 to 14 fps. Also i play Assassin Creed Black Flag, Tom Clancy's Black list on max settings i have not checked the fps on either game but the games are having a really hard time with motions and actions as if the computer cant handle them of just trying to hard to play them. Any help would be appreciated.

It was a fresh install on this system, windows 7, 64 bit and when I installed it I went and updated all of the drivers for everything. I can go back and double check to make sure.

They are great Guild wars 2 is running at 25-30 fps in heavy areas and any where from 80-100 in calmer parts of the game. Have yet to try to play Assassins creed or Tom Clancy's yet will add it to list. The GPU is idle at 25c and max at 59c while gaming the fan is set on auto at the moment. Thanks for the help again. ;)
