My motherboard is an ASRock 4 core 1600 GLAN

Basically it has an Intel core 2 quad Q8200 2.33 GHz processor (which was amazing when i bought it, apparently) and is limited to 4GB of RAM (which I have installed, along with a sound card and a LAN card, because the motherboard stopped recognizing LAN cables a few years ago). My graphics card is a GeForce 9400 GT.
My display resolution is 1920 x 1080
Can anyone recommend graphics cards up to approx £120 ($150) that would work with my motherboard and would be better than my piss poor 9400GT? I'd like to play a game that isn't mine sweeper.
