Will the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P work with a FX-6300 without BIOS update?

The title says it all. I'm assembling my first custom PC and I chose as a CPU the FX-6300. I discovered, however, that the Vishera CPUs were released after the 760s and 970s, so some mobos might need a BIOS update prior to using the new processors. Will the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P work with a FX-6300 without having to update the BIOS (I don't want to screw my first custom PC up)? If not, can you tell me a good 760 or 970 mobo THAT DOESN'T NEED BIOS UPDATE? I would prefer Gigabyte or Asus, with USB 3.0 and 1600MHz memory support.

My budget is fairly low, so I don't want to spend more than $100 USD on it. I was also considering the Gigabyte GA-78MLT-USB3 and the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3, both with only 1333 support, but that doesn't really matter, if they are the best option. Thanks!
