Building a New PC and I've connected cpu and ram and tried to test it externally before I connect it inside and the System wont power up. I manually tested the Power supply by connecting the green and black port with a paper clip and the fan spins. I think its the 24 pin connector not being pushed in all the way, but I've applied pressure on it to the point where I fear ill break the board. Here are some images of the setup.
