What kind of beep is it and when do they occur ?

It is the USB beep noise. Not coming from mobo. It goes on and off never the same amount of time.

First of all, unplug anything that's connected to your PC except for Mouse and Keyboard and see if it still happens. If it does, I'd advice you to start your PC in Safe mode and see if this still keeps happening. If it still happens, i suspect that you may have a a faulty USB driver which can be solved with a simple update or re-install. In the very rare and unfortunate occasion, you may have a faulty USB port or a faulty USB controller.
