set the CPU manual voltage to 1.506250,

but when I save and restart de PC it goes to 1.45 ~ 1.464

and when I run the prime95 it goes to 1.368 ~1344v

Is it normal? dafuq

the rest is in the picture

Here is the list of everything I changed:

Ai Overclock tuner: MANUAL
CPU RATIO: 22.5 (4.5ghz)
Amd Trubo: DISABLED
CPU/NB Freq: 2000Mhz
HT Link Speed: 2400 Mhz
CPU Spread Spectrum: DISABLED
PCIe Spred Spectrum: DISABLED
CPU Load Line Calib: DISABLED (with this Enabled, the temperatures goes too high)
CPU Manual Voltage: I put 1.506250 but it goes to 1.45 ~ 1.464v after saving settings and goes to 1.344 ~ 1.368 when running prime95 small fft and blend tests

Advanced tab:
Core C6 State: DISABLED
HPC Mode: Enabled
APM Master Mode: DISABLED
CPU Fan Profile: Turbo

Some drop in Core voltage is to be expected (called Vdroop, and is usually handled by the Load Line Calibration setting).

As for whether the amount of droop you are seeing is normal for your processor, I personally don't know since I haven't overclocked a recent AMD processor. However, if it passes stability testing and runs fine at those settings, I wouldn't be that concerned about it. In fact, if that is fast enough, you may be able to even lower the voltage some to help it stay cool.

Wish I could be more help.

*EDIT* After I posted the above, I thought a bit more about your problem. Load Line Calibration compensates for the droop by increasing the core voltage slightly. If your reaching the limits of your cooling system, that could cause an increase in temperatures. You might be able to activate the "CPU Load Line Calib" and drop the manual voltage slightly to reduce that droop. Just be sure to check for stability.
