The psu should supply enough power to those components.
However if you have a window on the side of your case it wont be very good since it is a non modular psu. Non modular meaning that all the power wires are permanently fixed and will look messy with a windowed side panel.
I prefer the Corsair Enthusiast Series TX550M

Not much point in overclocking a gpu, you usually only get about 10% extra performance anyway.
Much rather buy an nvidia card with more stable frame rates and preoverclocked. Check benchmarks not ram and boost frequencies

If you want the best cpu coolers your better off with a corsair closed loop water cooler or a noctua fan(yeah i hate the coffee colour as well).
