I have a dell Inspiron computer(was told that the pus on dells are pretty bad) that only posseses 300 watts of power. I was looking to upgrade my graphics card to play some modern games. I have an intel i-3 2130 processor 3.4 GHz. My question is whether or not I can use the 7770 with 300w. If not, what is the best graphic card I can use with 300w for gaming?
Will a radeon hd 7770 be able to run on 300w?

I had a sapphire hd 7770 before running fine, for 4 yrs in pc, until now, screens turn no signal when switch on pc. Why ah?
Is it due to dusty?
A gtx 750 ti = hd 7770, low power, low noise? Is there any gpu for casual gaming like solo play on bf3,bf4,hardline, mw3,aw,ghost and bo2, for smooth gameplay? Btw, dunnoe metro last light, mgsv pp and ac unity will run well?
