Compact case with room for a large radiator

I'm looking for a compact or mid-sized ATX case (smaller is better, but I do need a full-sized ATX motherboard) with room for a 240mm or 280mm radiator. My problem is all the smaller cases devote tons of space to many 5.25" and 3.5" bays, but then they don't have enough rooms for very many fans or liquid cooling.

My last build I used a Corsair 200R which I liked in general but was disappointed there wasn't enough clearance for the 280mm radiator I ordered, and several of the fan mount points were completely obstructed / useless. On the other hand, there's three 5.25" bays and EIGHT hard drive bays!! Who needs that many drives in a compact ATX case?

I'd really love to get a case like the one Boxx uses for their 4920 workstation: http://area.autodesk.com/userdata/blogs/craig/IMG_0717.jpg

I would venture that a very large percentage of PCs only require one optical drive and one (or maybe two) disk drives. Leave the 8 drive bays for the full-sized towers.

Anyone have suggestions for a smaller ATX case with clearance for a double-wide radiator without being enormous? Thanks.

This is a whole new build so I'm not bound to the 200R or 280mm radiator, but you have a good idea. I will take a look to see how much work it would be to get the 3.5" cage out of there.

I still feel like the huge number of drive bays in even the "compact" cases is a little silly...

With older and lower end cases, more than likely the drive bays are going to be held in with pop rivets. So your going to need to get at it with a drill to remove the drive cage.
Modern higher end cases are starting to become modular, so you can take out the 3.5" bays by removing a few screws.
