Yes you can crossfire dual HD 5450's(Not completely sure how you would do that, but more than a few sites say you can), but I strenuously recommend that you don't. The 5450's are low end cards and crossfiring them will be a waste. I would never recommend crossfiring low or even mid range cards, even a low end single card setup today for around $50-$60 range will crush it in performance.
