which gaming mouse to buy?

I'm starting in the world of gaming and I want to choose a good gaming mouse. I already own a gaming keyboard: Razer Anansi. most of the times I play FPS, action, and indie games. I'm just starting to play MMO like WoW and Rift (I want guild wars 2).
I have the pinkie 'problem', and a small hand. I'm trying to decide which mouse I should buy. I can't decide between the RAT 7, and RAT 7 MMO. I tryed a Razer Naga Molten, and didn't liked it. btw I'm sure my mouse won't fall from my desk and break. I want to know if there are other mouse with the pinkie thing that the RAT has. and if not which one of those 2 you recommend me and why (price doesn't matter) .

There's the Mionix Naos 5000 & 8000, which is the most comfortable mouse I tried, and I tried many (but not the RAT). They are one of the few mice that have some support for the pinkie. Those are pretty basic (few buttons, not much customizable) mice as far as gaming mice go, but I never had any issue with it in about 2 years.
