Hi,
I'm a college student renting a house with a few other students. We aren't sure what our internet plan is, but it is terrible. There are 7 of use using the internet. Running a speed test I get download 1mbps and upload 1 mbps. I plan to call my landlord soon and hopefully get this fixed. However, I don't know if it is a bad plan or a bad router/modem. Is there any way I can check what the issue could be?
