hi guys i think i need asistence here...
well first of all my specs:

MOBO: asus M5A88-m
RAM: 2x2 GB 1600 kingstone hyper genesis
mobo: CM power extreme gen1 500W
GPU HD 7770 vapor X
heatsink hyper 212 plus with arctick 5 and 1 corsair SP120 (will up grade soon to a new blade master)

well i "upgrade" from a phenom ii 555 unlocked and OC 3.6
to a 955 wich now i have @ 3.96

this is:
BUS 240 and RAM by default 1600
mutiplier: 16.5
max vcore: 1.488 (regitered in cpuid hardware monitor)... i have it 1.431 with the "extra voltage if needed" utility in bios
also
HT link 2400
and NB freq 2400 aswell

at the beggining all was ok, not so fast but just ok, i decide to:
upgrade my bios at the newer version
change an defective old blade master (cose i buy it second hand ) to the SP120

and i noticed 2 thing
1.- CPU intense games runs faster and in general
2.- the temps rises a lot (playing gta iv from 56 in cores at 62 in cores) and it seems that reaching that temp the games beggins to "stoppling" by 10 secs to return to regular fluency...

SO
1.- i dont know if NB and HT make some inestability while high temps...
2.- the SP120 was the worst buy in year by now :p
3.- some bios or OS problem... but i think bios is ok since i can do averithing excepts put the sistem to sleep cose weird things happends....

PD: dont try to blame the PSU cose even with the unlocked 555 (witch consumes a lot more of power) i never had an issue

Solution
"1.- i dont know if NB and HT make some inestability while high temps..."
"the games beggins to "stoppling" by 10 secs to return to regular fluency..."

Your CPU temps at around 60-65ºC aren't likely to cause any issues, however the NB can cause instability issues if it reaches high temps, try monitoring its temps to see if its reaching high levels (50ºC+)

"3.- some bios or OS problem... but i think bios is ok since i can do averithing excepts put the sistem to sleep cose weird things happends...."

It's known that sleep mode can cause weird results when OCing a CPU without disabling Cool'n'Quiet and other power saving features, try turning them off and see if the sleep mode gets back to normal functionality.

oh thanks... also i think HT and NB doent have much performance gain...
and i realice that my SP120 with the "silent mode cable" was only at like 1/2 or 3/4 of its capacity i, try the full load mode and the max temps was 58ºC on cores but is very noisy much more than the old blade master :p (the stoppling issue beggins at 61 or 62)

while i OC the cool n' quiet cannot be disable in this mobo... but is not a big deal

so i will buy the blade master and other case with low noise levels fans
any idea of one who can support a hyper 212 and also not so large?? like 17'' large (450mm)?? i would really appreciate it
