My Friend's mouse input delays when in a game like Dota 2 or Prototype 2.

So my friend recently bought a set which has the FF Spec:
A10 6800k
Gigabyte F2A88XM-HD3 (P0)
8GB RAM Kingston
No Video Card, he is using the one in APU.

His Display device is AOC 19 Inches

His problem is that his graphics are a bit suckish on dota 2 and on prototype 2 it's actually ok. but the constant thing is that the mouse input is always delayed by 0.5 seconds atleast when in-game. like you move the mouse, it would take 0.5 seconds for the in screen mouse to move, also goes with click and other things.

I have been able to print screen the other specs that are shown in Speccy.
CPU
RAM
MotherBoard
GPU/ Display

Also on DXDiag, he has this
DxDiag Display specs

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but i don't thing modern graphic memories aren't that low anymore (83mb)

What he already did was:
Got to BIOS and change to optimal/default Settings. Still the same.
I will update this as soon as I find out more. Thanks a bunch =)

PS: Also I am asking if the built in graphics actually has
Memory Type DDR3
Memory 768 MB

Tnx

Solution
Well could you atleast try the solution I gave you and see the result?. GPU isn't gonna cause mouse lag unless the game is lagging as well, and in this case lag in terms of like 4-7fps.

I don't see how this is a graphics card issue. this questions belongs in the 'Components' Section.

However I remember GTA IV having a similiar issue, the fix was to disable V-Sync and disabled Event Collector and Event Log in the 'Services and Application' Menu in the Computer Managment window. You can reach this window by right click 'My Computer' and pressing manage.
Try this and see if there is still mouse input lag. If you see no difference revert Event Log and Colletor to it's default settings which should be 'automatic'.

I suspect that this was a graphics issue since the Mouse wasn't delaying outside of games. Meaning it could have something to do with the Built in graphics memory, maybe the system is using the MoBo VRam? And not the APU's VRam or something like that.

Anyway I'm stuck in Services and Applications, which only has Services and WMI Controls, checked services it didn't have those things you talked about.

Thank you.

Sorry, I was a bit vague. 'Windows Event Log' and 'Windows Event Collector'. I experienced the issue in gta iv and had mouse lag. however I had no mouse lag out of games. This has nothing to do with the graphics card but rather the game itself or a program interfering with it

Actually, I don't think it's game related. But what i tried is lowering ALL the settings of dota 2 and it worked fine. But on my A10 58k, which is obviously weaker than this PC, my high settings are alright and not lagging.
