Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H ATX LGA1150
G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SSD

EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB
Thermaltake Urban S31 Window ATX Mid Tower
Silverstone 850W ATX12V / EPS12V

Used mostly for gaming and school work, web surfing. I'd like to play sims 3 and skyrim (modded) on 1080p. At some point I'd like to OC my system so I'll upgrade the cooling system then.

You have a outstanding build there. Those parts will all play well together. It's nice to see someone have a SSD in their build, it makes a great difference in performance. Even if not overclocking I recommend a CPU cooler, the EVO 212 is a good choice on the budget side. Noctua NH-D14 is another, high performance side, expensive as well.
for me, 120gb main hdd would not be enough to install all my games on, i would ditch it in favor of a faster graphics card. for me load times are not really a problem with a good standard HDD, video card performance is more important. But if your impatient then an ssd is a good thing i guess.
