I think my GPU may be faulty. Can you help confirm? [Solved]

Terribly sorry for the long post, but I didn't want to leave any details out.

First off...
These problems didn't start until I installed my new GPU just over 1.5 months ago. After initial troubles I re-installed my old GPU but the problems (which back then were only limited to the second paragraph) kept happening. I figured that GPU wasn't the problem since a month prior to that I had replaced my CPU and Mobo. After 2 or 3 days the problem fully disappeared by itself for almost 2 weeks. Thinking it was gone for good, I gave my old GPU away to a fiend (point here being that I cannot swap out my old GPU to troubleshoot anymore)

Anyway, this is the first issue, popped up just over 1.5 months ago
My computer will suddenly restart itself after brief usage. The first crash at about 30-60 min of gaming, then shorter after every consecutive crash until its < 1min and I just give up and power off for the day. No warnings or error messages. Just black screen and then it reboots asking me if want to restart in safe mode (a few times it prompted me to run windows repair, which I did once or twice to no avail).
The first crash of any given day usually happens while gaming (playing BF4, although it has happened in other games as well). Consecutive crashes that day could happen after starting an online video or eventually, during everyday computing. It seems like the computer becomes less stable as more crashes happen. But, it sort of resets itself after I have left the computer off overnight or for 5+ hours. Then would start happening again a day or so later.
If I startup my computer after letting it ‘reset’ itself I can seemingly do everyday computing and watch videos for as long as I want without a problem as long as I don’t do anything too graphically intense.

Now it gets interesting
Lately the type of crash as changed (not frequency) in that it doesn’t restart anymore. I just suddenly lose display and sound like the power got cut. However, the fans keep running but the computer doesn’t shut down, or obviously, reboot. So am I left to manually power off.
Starting just under a week ago it would, VERY rarely do a mobo post upon restart (1long 3short) but windows usually still booted up. This happened about once every 3 days (I got about 5 restarts a day) This has slightly increased in frequency and occasionally I got black screen until I manually powered off. I have recently discovered that the mobo post seems to happen if I try and use the computer after multiple reboots in a short amount of time.
Apparently the 1long 3short means “no VGA detected” according to my mobo manual.

Another thing I have noticed about 3 times (today marks #4) is that sometimes my computer really bogs down to under 25 fps in normal/ simple combat in bf4 at lowest graphics (I can normally get 50+ at medium/high). Restarting doesn't fix this, however it is usually gone if I leave the system off overnight. But I had this problem yesterday and it seems to have carried over to today.

Things I have tried
-I have checked and rechecked all system temps and they are all ok. The attached screenshot was taken after 2 full rounds of bf4, so you can see the max temps. GPU rarely gets over 70c and everything else stays in the mid 60's during gaming. System idles just over 40c.
-All fans are running properly, it is plenty cool in my room and the case is clean of dust.
-I took apart the PSU and it is surprisingly clean inside, so no problem there. Also, it is a 2.25 year old 500W Antec CPU and my system is rated at about 400W
-I ran memtest for ~16 hours with no errors detected.
-All drivers are properly updated

I should add that after a crash, chrome automatically signs me out (disconnects my account to I have to resign in to get my bookmarks and other preferences back) I don't know if that's normal or not.

I am also curious if continued use of my computer could harm other components.

My System:

And yes I saw the compatibility warning and have already updated the bios.

P.S. don't make fun of my comp's name :p

Any help is very much appreciated.

Solution
Looking at that..
It seems that your computer just flops over and dies when under load. Now this could be a PSU issue, which im most highly thinking. The 670 does require atleast 30A on the +12V Rail and a minimum 500W PSU. PCPartpicker simply estimates the wattage required, however this can be very much wrong, which also leads to your PSU. You did not it's age aswell so it could be a 500W PSU or a phony than only manages 450W or better yet doesn't supply enough amps. You didn't state the exact PSU.

On a second thought, motherboard post issues. This could be to a bad BIOS. You could try re-flashing it to the latest BIOS but this is a last resort. I would really suggest getting a more proper PSU instead of flashing the BIOS. Preferably...

Those are my two suggestions, judging by your problems.

P.S
Did you add the planet destroyer to your death star? :p

P.S.S
I really like how you included detail, not many people do that. It saves time and gets questions answered alot more quicker

The PSU came included with the case.
EarthWatts EA 500D Green power supply (80 PLUS® Bronze certified)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129024&clickid=wFGxapXthQQIQGAXBuVHsxzsUkT1c33Zy1MFXw0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na
BUT it is ANTEC brand and from what I've read, they are a great brand.

And I have already tried flashing the bios to the most recent version.
I downloaded the most current version to a flash drive and installed it via the bios menu.

I see, well I suppose that makes sense. Although it seems odd to me that each crash is more easily triggered than the last. At the start of the day I can play games for an hour or so but shortly after the crashes start happening I cant even watch youtube without crashing.

If it is a PSU issue shouldn't the crashes be caused more or less from the same amount of work/ graphical demand every time?

I don't know anything about proper voltages. if 11.5v is a bit low, what do you think would be a proper range?

Technically tolerance is 11.4 - 12.6 but realistically it should be within 11.8-12.2

After trying out a brand new Corsair 750W PSU I am still having the problem.
Does anyone have any more ideas?
Doesn't this sounds like a GPU issue?

I suspect the GPU is faulty now, hope you can still RMA it. However try using different GPUs that way you can be sure, it can be another component doing this. Im pretty sure its not your CPU since it can handle high end cards just fine unless its overheating, like I said before try different GPUs maybe from a friend

Just as a followup.
It seems as though my problem was my RAM.
I took out 3 of my 4 sticks and have been putting them in one a day.
I haven't had a single crash since I took them out (2 days ago) and I only have 1 left to put in, which I will do tonight.

However, my GTX 670 is REALLY under performing. I bf4 constantly dips to under 30fps at the lowest settings and I have had fps drops in WarThunder as well.
This is probably a separate issue though.
