Hi,

I want to change my old desk for a better one and I was wondering if any of you have suggestions. Currently, I have a tiny cube-sized desk of 30 cm by 30 cm. It is a tight fit for my computer and as a student, I miss a spot to do my homeworks.

I have a corner space in my chamber avaible of 50 inches by 50 inches. I need to fit a 27'' monitor, a mid-tower PC, a printer, a keyboard, a mouse and a large mousepad. I can put my tower on the ground and the printer of a shelf above the desk.

I think that a L-Shaped desk would be ideal because I could put my computer on one side and do my howeworks on the other side. If possible, I would want to put my keyboard directly on the desk and not a stand.

Anyone have a good desk to recommend ?

The Galant has a cornered version.

Or just get these two desks and position them so they form a corner.

Also, completely off topic, but this is ridiculous.

30x30cm, how do you do anything on that?!

I personally use the IKEA Jerker, which unfortunately is discontinued but is an amazing desk for a computer enthusiast. If you can find one going 2nd hand, definitely consider it. A second shelf is also pretty good to have as its a nice monitor stand.
My setup with the desk, with some holes drilled in it for easier cable management.

I think the closest equivalent currently available is the Fredde, but isnt as good as the Jerker.

Though of course, its all IKEA stuff. You could probably frankenstein two cheap desks or modify one to suite your needs.
