If I get a better graphics card will it decrease the fan?

I was playing battlefield 4 on medium graphics just before, and it runs at around 30 fps. But after playing it for a bit the fan started to get louder and my pc was getting hot. Usually when playing other games cool air comes from the fan but while playing this game hot air does. So do the fans run harder because they try to get my graphics faster?

(I just got this computer so there is no dust, and I have integrated graphics)

The game is very graphics-intensive, which makes the graphics card run faster, which makes it hotter, which makes the fans run faster and the air hotter.

Basically, the fans run harder because they try to get your graphics colder.

Getting a better graphics card, with a better cooler, will increase your fps and decrease the noise. But that's assuming you have enough money for it, your PSU and case can handle the better card, the CPU won't bottleneck it, etc.

yes, when you play intensive games such as bf4, your gpu and other components will get warmer and warmer, thus, making the fans go faster and pushing the hot air out

So does that mean I have to get better cooling and a graphics card, or only the graphics card?
