Here is a link to my rig:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01...

The board is microATX: 24.4 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.4 cm (9.6 inches).

Also, according to this link, the case is labeled Mid-sized ATX, though it seems quite small inside:
Height: 39.6 cm (15.6 inches)
Width: 18 cm (7.09 inches)
Length: 42.8 cm (16.85 inches)

It all depend on if it will fit inside your case. ATX, mid-ATX, etc., are just sizes. If your case is ATX or midATX, it will fit all of your microATX parts inside.

Made by Seasonic and OEM sized. If your PSU is this size below it would make a nice replacement.

5.5" x 5.9" x 3.4"

I run a Micro-ATX mobo off of an ATX PSU so I'd tentatively say the answer to your question is no. (You still need room for it in the case.)

No you don't. Micro ATX boards are compatible with the larger ATX cases. If you use a micro board in a larger case with room for a full size PSU, use it. Power delivery specs are the same. Now if your case is also smaller, that could be a problem. The PSU obviously needs to fit in the case.
