I plan on overclocking the CPU a bit (maybe around 4.2-4.4Ghz if it will stay stable at that) too.

Pretty good build, although you can probably go for an FX series processor if you want, something like an FX6300 or 8350. Nonetheless, the Athlon is good enough for gaming and it's a real quad core CPU.

Yes, I did look at the AM3+ mATX boards, but I couldn't find one that supported faster RAM than 1333Mhz. I've seen the Athlon X4 760K recommended on quite a few sites as a good budget chip, so I'd rather go for that.
