Will this gpu fit in well with my current rig?

So I really need a gpu upgrade, I currently have a amd 5870 so it is time to upgrade. I'm looking at this XFX R9 270x. Is this a choice for a card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150686 and will it work well with my current system.

Intel Core i7 920 not yet overclocked
6GB RAM
Windows 7 64bit

I found a Sapphire 270x with battelfield 4 and it is $20 cheaper than the xfx I am thinking of getting this instead since the xfx is now out of stock. I just have never heard of this site before is it reliable?

Oh well they seem fine, the price is about as low as it gets for the card so I think I might as well just order it from them. I think this card should be a nice addition.
