The i7 4700k is already bought because of a sale. Budget Wise I would be around 550-650 for everything else.
Any Graphics card recommended?

If you plan on overclocking, spend extra money on an Z87M Extreme4 and an aftermarket cooler. That PRO4 board is ok for mild overclocking though.
