I am going to be buying the parts to build one of these soon and would like help on deciding which one to go with and any tweaks to make it perform better. I will be using this rig for gaming and I might possibly use it to record and stream. My main goal is to be able to play games like Battlefield 4, Assassins creed, etc. on as high of setting as possible for this price range. The absolute maximum price I can afford is $1500.

They will all run mostly every game on max settings 1080p. So in my opinion, save money and get AMD build 2. But I'm a budget/AMD guy, so I might be a little bias. I think the 8 cores will be better for both BF4, and if you want to stream and game at the same time.

Plus, it's actually IN STOCK...and comes with a free copy of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag!

More heat, better support for details like AA and shadows, size of the card, cuda cores, etc.

Anything over 2GB of VRAM, at this moment, is irrelavent.

No, you do not want a 970 chipset board for a FX-8350, you definitely want a 990FX board. Technically you could get a 970 board and update the BIOS to get it to work with a 8350, but why not just get the 990FX in the first place?
