Hello all. Ive been trying to fix this problem for days and I cant figure this out. This is rather a new phenomenon.
Long story short, i started messing with enb injectors. I didnt like them and uninstalled everything I could think of. Once returning to original state many places in skyrim look like this

This problem is many places. What is causing this? Even if all mods are disabled this still remains. I have tried tweaking ini files and doing a fresh install of the entire game. Also my characters has flickering shadows on them.
Specs:
nvidia geforce gtx 675m
12gb ddr3 ram
Intel Quad Core i7 3610QM @2.33 GHZ
