I recently got a new windows 8 notebook, and I have a nvidia graphics card along with and intel. I noticed on some programs like the device manager the quality is poor compared to my other porgrams. I fixed it on google chrome by disabling the DPI scaling, but I am not sure how to do it with the device manager and other things where you cannot access the properties.
