I am planning to buy a GTX 660 for my new computer build but when I look at system requirements it says to have a 450W PSU. I already purchased the 430W and I'm not sure if it will be able to handle a 660 without running into problems.

gtx 660 tdp= 140W
athlon 750k tdp = 100W
mobo & other comp = 30W
Total = 260W

You should be fine with that psu as it has 32A on 12V rail.
32 x 12 = 384W. Enough to power up your system.
