I am wanting to put a wireless card, tv tuner, and graphics card on this MB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128601. Tv Tuner ishttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815706005 and wireless card is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320173. If one of the 3.0 slots is taken by the Graphics card can I place the other two in an of the other slots or does it just have to be the PCI Express(1.0?) slot?

Yes, you should be able to. The front of the cards match the front of the interfaces for both types, so it's a matter of plugging them in. You have 4 PCIe slots, 2 3.0 x16 (one at x16, the other at x8) Put the graphics card in the x16 3.0 slot (top one), and the others in the 2.0 x16 and the x1. The only issue you'd potentially run into is space for all that hardware on an mATX board.

Thanks for all the help. I just wanted a double check on it. Yea it is a lot of hardware, but HTPC Media case with low profile size and it takes up as much space as a cable box and I really hate having to pay for DVR that gets maybe 2 shows at once. I need all that to get it going. I want to be able to DVR, definitely playback so need GPU and wireless just because why not. Anyways once again thanks for clearing it up.
