AMD Drivers Is Not Able To Detect My Card !

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop Windows 7 , With An AMD Graphics Card HD 8730M , I installed it once then it didn't work so I deleted every file related to AMD ( From Program files(86) & from Program file ) , When I re-installed the driver It was installed successfully , but I don't find the catalyst control center and the files of The Folder " ATI Technology" there is a one folder "ATI.ACE" , Please friends help me ....

do a registry cleaner use ccleaner to do so completely unistall the drivers and get the latest drivers from here install it check whether if it's working or not http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/driverdetails?driverid=VHY54

generally you dont want to manually uninstall like that unless you have to. Probably some old files lingering now in the system folders and stuff. at this point, something like driversweeper will find any remnants of your old install and wipe it. then re install like the person above said, and it should work. do not uninstall chipset drivers.
