Hello fellow users.

Right now im having problems on choosing a new headset, i got 2 pairs in my vision right now: The Corsair Raptor HS40 and the Logitech G430. I haven't got the biggest budget but i would like a decent one with surround and a fairly decent mic. Also, i don't want it to weigh too much because my previous pair (Razer Electra) was just a tad bit too heavy for my head.

If someone could please help me with this issue i would be very thankfull.
Greetings

I have had 2 different sets of corsair headphones in the past, the cons of them are that the volume was pretty soft, even with everything turned up to max, and they both broke on me, same problem, left ear stopped working. so even though i love and use many of their other products, i cannot recommend them.

I have not used logitechs, although 2 people i know use them and they have nothing bad to say about them, and they have lasted a long time.

I currently have a pair of roccat kaves, and they are really really good, sound, and mic wise. they are loud and crystal clear, the bass vibrates the whole headset (i should probably turn it down...) and is nice and punchy. treble is nice and clean, games took on a whole new dimension for me...

They do however have an unfortunate and serious con, they can get a pretty uncomfortable after wearing them for an extended time. I can wear them for hours before it gets too noticeable, its a sacrifice i can live with, but some may nor be able to.
