formate the harddisk of os

in my pc i have two operating system which is windows 7 and one is installed in c drive, and another is in E drive, there are currently 5drives [ c,g,e,f,d] i want formate c drive how to formate it? i want only 1 os in pc

The easiest way to avoid problems would be to reinstall windows and when it asks where choose the C drive and replace the existing. Then using that copy use help look for partition management and there delete the E drive and expand the one next to it to occupy it's space.
