The answer is no. You can't make two totally different GPUs do one job together (it is possible but not if they are not made from the same company which is the case with your system. One is an Intel iGPU (integrated GPU) in the Intel CPU and the other an AMD GPU). Running two different GPUs that are made from the same manufacturer needs knowledge from an expertise. The only easy way to run two or more GPUs together is to have them all be the same (ex:having three Nvidia GTX 760s and running them in SLI(an Nvidia way of saying that the card supports running two or more cards at the same time) or two AMD Radeon HD 7970 running in Crossfire(AMD way of saying that the card supports running two or more at the same time)). Also not every graphics card can be paired with another. Only graphics cards starting from mid range support those features, and looking a little closer at your graphics card which is not a mid range, I can tell you that it doesn't support running two or more of them. Your only way of boosting you performance of the graphics card is to just buy a new better one.
