Recovery Partition Drive Letter

No Drive letters assigned: 1.46 HEALTHY (ACTIVE RECOVERY PARTITION) 13.73 HEALTHY (PRIMARY PARTITION). So how do I access the factory recovery image using repair tools?

Recovery partitions are usually accessed either by a program installed as part of your OS (so looking at your start menu for something like 'HP Recovery' or similar). Or it will be accessed using a function key while the PC boots up. You may see some text while your computer boots which says "F11 Recovery". If you can't find what you are looking for please post your PC make and model.
